It is high time that the voters make an honest woman of U.S. Sen. Susan Collins.

When she first started campaigning, she made a promise that she didn’t want to make the job into a political career; that she would serve two terms and then bow out, leaving someone else to take over.

Greed and popularity have taken over. She is now a political career woman.

Time to make Collins an honest woman; time to vote her out and allow someone else a chance to make a difference in Washington, D.C.

Voters in Maine have a chance to show that big money is not what we want. An honest woman is what Mainers should vote for.
