SOUTH PARIS — Frances M. Dugmore, 79, of South Paris, died Saturday, July 19, at the Maine Veterans’ Home.
She was born in Boston, Mass., on Aug. 5, 1934, the daughter of Michael and Ellen Dwyer Ryan. She graduated from high school in Braintree, Mass.
Frances married Arnold W. Dugmore on Sept. 28, 1958, and had been a homemaker all of her life.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Deluca and her husband, Dan, of South Paris.
She was predeceased by her husband on Sept. 6, 2007; and her son, Stephen.
