LISBON — Shirley (Thibodeau) Rossignol passed away at her home on Tuesday, July 15, after a long illness with throat cancer.
She was born in Waterville on July 29, 1944, a daughter of Joseph and Emelia Thibodeau. She was educated in Waterville schools and worked as a telephone operator for many years, before working for Dunkin’ Donuts.
Shirley is survived by a daughter at Russel Park Manor, Janice Rossignol; a granddaughter, Kayla Yates; a grandson, Tyler Yates; a sister, Nancy Arbour, of Augusta; brothers, Reed Thibodeau and Joseph Thibodeau of Waterville; a nephew, Daniel Thibodeau, of Driggs, Idaho; and many friends and relatives.
She was predeceased by her parents; a daughter, Roxanne Yates; a son, James Rossignol Jr.; and her husband, James Rossignol Sr.
