Beacon Hospice of Auburn held a memorial service on June 12 to honor the patients they have served in the past six months. Claire Hebert, bereavement coordinator, officiated. Angela Lutzenberger, Beacon Hospice chaplain, and Kathy LaMore, social worker, read passages at the service for staff and family members. Kyla Greenwood, volunteer coordinator, read the names of the more than 70 patients being remembered. Staff and families released over 100 balloons. Carol Gallagher, director of operations, helps release the balloons.
