SOUTH PARIS — Zillah Estella Barnett Morse, 85, of South Paris, died Friday, Oct. 3, at Market Square Health Care Center.
She was born April 21, 1929, in South Paris to Herman and Ruth Barnett. Zillah married Dan Morse on April 29, 1949. They celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary in April.
Zillah worked as a dental assistant to Dr. Arthur Easton, Dr. Robert Easton and Dr. Ed Gibson. She was a member of the South Paris Universalist Church.
Zillah is survived by her husband, Dan; her daughter, Anne and husband, Art; and her best friend, Marguerite Verrill.
She was predeceased by her parents; a daughter, Susan; and her brother, Lester Barnett.
The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at Market Square Health Care Center and Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice for their loving care.
