RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Alvine Arsenault was celebrated Friday morning, Nov. 21, at Parish of the Holy Savior.

The Rev. Greg Dube was the celebrant, Bernard Poirier was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Precious Lord Take My Hand,” “Softly and Tenderly Jesus is Calling,” “Ave Maria” and “Fly Like A Bird.” The Old Testament was presented by Elaine Gamache and the New Testament by Sue Tozier. The Prayer of the Faithful was offered by Danny Arsenault. Offertory gifts were presented by Fran and Marshall Ducas and personal reflections were shared by Barbara Coitoa.

Spring interment will be in St. John Cemetery. Bearers were Brian Arsenault, Steven Arsenault, Peter Buotte and Robert Arsenault. A reception followed at Black Mountain.
