FRYEBURG — The truck driver in a Dec. 9 fatal crash in Fryeburg has died, according to police Chief Joshua Potvin.
Paul Cundiff, 64, of Porter died Tuesday morning at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston from injuries sustained in the crash, police said. He had been in critical condition since the accident.
Rhonda Robblee, 47, of Brownfield was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on Route 5.
Cundiff was driving south on Route 5, also known as Main Street, in a 2001 GMC Sierra pickup when he lost control of it near Bog Pond Road at about 11:15 a.m., according to the news release. The truck hit a tree.
