Job Search Tips for People with a Criminal History: 10 to 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 2.

Job Fair: 9 to 11 a.m., Jan. 5. More than 20 employers, all of whom are hiring, will be on hand to talk with job seekers. Bring a resume and be prepared to have an “interview-like” conversation.

Career Decision-Making — Two-Part Workshop: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Jan. 5 and 9, and Jan. 26 and 30. Registration required.

Mock Job Interviews: 9 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 7.

Resumes and Interview Skills — Part I: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 8, and 2 to 5 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 21. The Jan. 8 class will be held at the Lewiston CareerCenter, registration required. The Jan. 21 class will be held at the Auburn Public Library, 49 Spring St., Auburn. Call 753-9066 to register.

Professionals Moving Ahead! Staffing Firms: To Use or Not to Use: 9 a.m. to noon, Jan. 14. Representatives from Bonney Staffing, Kelly Services and All Temp Services will be on hand.

New Mainers Workshop: Completing Paper and Online Job Applications: 9 to 11 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 22. This workshop will be offered in Somali.
