Maine residents who have dug out from Saturday’s snowstorm might not want to get too comfortable.
Another storm expected to track over the Gulf of Maine may bring more snow, and possibly blizzard conditions, to the state on Tuesday, according to forecasters.
The National Weather Service is predicting that, from late Monday through early Wednesday, 10 to 14 inches of snow could fall in southern and western Maine. Parts of the state between southern Piscataquis County through coastal Hancock and Washington counties could get 7 inches or more.
