RUMFORD — The Maine State Bar Association recently recognized Thomas S. Carey of Carey & Associates PA in Rumford for providing pro bono services for low-income Mainers during 2013-2014.
Carey was recognized for providing the highest cumulative number of pro bono hours in Oxford County for VLP cases closed between July 1, 2013, and June 30, 2014.
