In his letter to the editor, printed Feb. 1, Tom Fallon expressed, in poetic prose, his pleasure in “the beauty, the silence and the peace of slowly-falling snow here in Maine.” Fallon also invited the public to “stop, see the beauty … to embrace the silence, the peace.”
So, now I wish to invite Fallon to my home in Mexico — to compound the silence and the peace of his “white, snowy world.” I have mounds of white, snowy beauty and peace in my yard for him to enjoy.
I also have an extra shovel.
