1972 – 2015

POLAND — William J. “Billy” Duclos, 42, a resident of North Auburn Road, Auburn passed away unexpectedly Sunday, March 22, in Poland.

He was born in Lewiston on June 30, 1972, the son of Maurice and Jessie (Kisielewicz) Duclos. He attended Auburn schools and was a 1990 graduate of Edward Little High School.

Following his education, he moved to Florida, where he became a tile setter before returning home to Auburn in 2002.

His hobbies included motorcycling, even though he was an amputee, fishing and making butterfly boxes.

Survivors include one son, William J. (Bill) Duclos Jr.; his parents, Maurice G. and Jessie (Kisielewicz) Duclos of Auburn; one brother, Maurice G. Duclos Jr. and wife, Heidi, of Poland; his godparents, John and Eulalia (Cookie) Tatro of Unicoi, Tenn.; two uncles, Marcel and wife, Gwen Duclos, of Rockbridge, Ohio, and Paul and wife, Arlene (Auntie) Duclos, of Lewiston; one nephew, Dalton Duclos, and one niece, Cassandra Duclos, both of Poland.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Joseph and Lucille Duclos of Lewiston, and William J., and Vivian (Arlore) Kisielewicz of St. Clair, Mich.
