RUMFORD — Unless otherwise noted, the following people are to be arraigned June 4 in 11th District Court:

• Kristina A. Faletra, 25, Mexico, operating after suspension and unlawful possession of cocaine, 11:32 a.m. March 25 on Route 2 in Mexico. She was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned May 5 in Oxford County Superior Court.

• Brittany Wright, 22, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 1:37 a.m. March 25 on Spruce Street. She was released on $600 unsecured bail.

• Eric Collins, 27, Rumford, an 11th District Court warrant charging failure to appear for arraignment and an Oxford County Superior Court warrant charging failure to appear at a misdemeanor plea hearing, 3:07 p.m. March 18, after turning himself in at the police station on River Street. He was released on $350 cash bail and will be arraigned April 7 in 11th District Court on that charge, and is expected to enter a plea at 8:30 a.m. on May 5 in Superior Court on the Superior Court charge.


• A Cumberland Street resident reported at 7:44 p.m. March 25 that he was being assaulted in his apartment by an intoxicated man. It is under investigation.

• A Rumford woman reported at 10:41 a.m. March 22 that someone broke into her Maine Avenue apartment and stole medication and money. Cpl. Lawrence Winson is investigating.

• A Waldo Street resident reported at 9:51 p.m. March 19 that someone burglarized her apartment on two recent occasions and stole money. Officer Lawrence Briggs is investigating.

• A Rumford male reported at 5:09 p.m. March 21 that money had been stolen from him on Hancock Street. After an investigation, a 13-year-old Rumford boy was arrested.

• A local business reported at 5:55 p.m. March 19 that a male had shoplifted. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 364-4551 or [email protected].

• A Congress Street resident reported at 8:57 a.m. March 19 that their apartment had been burglarized and money taken. Officer Brad Gallant is investigating.
