SOUTH PARIS — The Norway-Paris Fish and Game Association honored the winners of the 45th annual ice fishing derby at the March 18 meeting.

After a pot luck supper, the cash prizes and trophies were awarded with much applause from families, friends and club members.

Profits from the derby go into the general fund and help send local youngsters to the University of Maine 4-H Camp at Bryant Pond for a week of education and fun.

The winners for the Last Weekend in February derby were:

* brook trout: adult, none entered; junior, Nikole Cary.

* brown trout: adult, Sam Bryan; junior, none entered.

* bass: adult, Tim Larracey: junior, Mason Allen.

* pike: adult, Tim Larracey; junior, none entered.

* rainbow trout: adult, Louis Senecal; junior, Anna Frost.

* lake trout: adult, Denali Barker; junior, Connor Doyle.

* salmon: adult, Ray White; junior, Wyatt Senecal.

* pickerel: adult, Tim Larracey; junior, Kyler Kilgore.

The junior winner in the Other Species category was Kaiden Sweester.
