LEWISTON — Come to the Lewiston Public Library from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 11, and get inSPired.

Volunteers from Lewiston-based content management company SPi Global will be at the library with all the supplies you need to create your very own book using recycled materials, all for free.

Morning activities will include an opportunity for children of all ages to decorate and bind their own books. Children will learn about book layout, cover design, copyright pages and binding. Participants will be encouraged to use their imagination to write, illustrate and build their own book to take home.

Children will get to know the library through a letterboxing activity that will take them on an adventure around the children’s area collecting stamps in their new books.
