PARIS — The Norway-Paris Kiwanis Club and Oxford Hills Rotary Club are gearing up for the annual Bike Rodeo and May Day Play Day on Saturday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.
Oxford Hills Rotarians will have rope-climbing activities, free horse rides, face painting, balloon animals, tours of the PACE ambulance and the Norway Fire Department Smoke House and free food. Also, free sport packs will go to the first 175 children. Each child will receive a free helmet along with a safety check of their bicycle.
Local law enforcement personnel will be on hand to help riders learn proper bike safety.Children who complete the course will be entered in a raffle to win a free bicycle donated by Hannaford.
