MANCHESTER, N.H. — Two parents are accused of overdosing on heroin while giving their son a bath.
WGME 13 reported that Erick Carter and Stephanie McCassin were charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Police in Manchester said the grandmother of the 3-year-old boy found the child in the bathtub with the parents passed out.
Carter and McCassin are both free on bail.
