FARMINGTON — Mallett School will be holding registration for children entering kindergarten from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 28. A child must be five years old on or before Oct. 15, 2015, in order to register for kindergarten. Please call the school at 778-3529 for an appointment.

Registration for pre-K classes will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 14,  or from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, May 15. Call  for an appointment. For pre-K, a child must be four years old on or before Oct. 15, 2015.

At registration, you will need your child’s original birth certificate, up-to-date immunization records, a recent photo of your child, and filled out parental questionnaire and medical history forms. Registration packets should be picked up at the school and completed prior to your child’s appointment.

Students who are currently enrolled in Mallett School’s pre-K program, do not need to re-register for kindergarten.
