RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Jean D. Arsenault was celebrated at noon Tuesday, May 19, at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Alfred Jacques was the celebrant. Bernard Poirier was altar server. Mark Belanger was the organist.
Music selections were “You Raise Me Up,” “Ave Maria,” “On Eagle’s Wings,” “The Old Rugged Cross” and “Fly Like A Bird.” The Old Testament was proclaimed by Denise Grover. The New Testament was proclaimed by Jessica Freeman. Prayer of the Faithful was offered by Jody Flagg. Offertory gifts were presented by Jackie Parent and Therese Hodgson. Personal reflections were shared by Bertha Kelley. Interment was in St. John Cemetery. Pallbearers were Michael Arsenault, Aaron Arsenault, Steven Daniels, Mathew Theriault, Patrick Easter and Dylan Freeman.
A reception served by the Daughters of Isabella was in the parish hall.
