AUBURN — The First Auburn Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 15.
A chicken barbecue and bingo will follow the meeting. Participants should bring utensils and containers to take home leftover food.
Auburn City Councilors Leroy Walker and Belinda Gerry will speak on combining the cities of Lewiston and Auburn.
There were 44 members at the last meeting.
Membership winners were Cindy Larrabee and Donald Doyon; pot of gold, Larry Castner, Shirley Hawkins and Ray Tassinari; and 50-50, Donald Doyon, Joan Webb and Bruce Macomber.
Upcoming trips include:
Sunday, Aug. 16: Brunch on the Mt. Washington boat.
Monday, Sept. 14: Indian Head Resort.
Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 6 and7: Monhegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos.
Sunday, Oct. 11: New Hampshire train ride and turkey dinner.
Sunday, Nov. 15: Indian Head Resort Christmas party.
Membership is not necessary to attend any trip.
