AUBURN — The Lewiston-Auburn Economic Growth Council, in collaboration with the cities of Lewiston and Auburn, is hosting LA Developer Bootcamp from 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28, to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, at St. Louis Church, 80 Third St., Auburn.

Wondering where to start when it comes to small-scale redevelopment? LAEGC has brought together experts John Anderson and Jim Kumon to share and teach what’s worked for them. Anderson provides design, construction and real estate development expertise on projects across the country.

Discussion topics will include: Small development basics, practical realities for the small developer, straightforward design for small development projects, constraints, opportunities and competitive advantage for small developers, managing construction, the glamor of site improvements and utilities and other topics.

The boot camp costs $75 for those who register before Sept. 10; $90 after that date. Register at www.cnu.org/small-scale-developer-boot-camp-maine.
