LEWISTON — Central Maine Medical Center will present a two-part presentation titled “Pump It Up: Living with Heart Failure,” as part of its Accenting Your Health program.

Representatives from Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice and United Ambulance will present the educational sessions for those who have been diagnosed with heart failure, as well as for those who provide support for someone with the condition.

The first session on Tuesday, Nov. 10, will discuss “What Is Heart Failure and How Do You Manage It?”

The second session on Tuesday, Nov. 17, will cover “Keys to Healthy Eating, Staying Active and Coping Effectively.”

Both sessions will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the Young Wing Conference Room on the first floor of 60 High St.

The presentation is free. Interpreter services are available upon advance request.
