LEWISTON — Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice has unveiled the 2015 Remembrance Ornament.
Made of hand-cast pewter, this year’s ornament features the tree of life. Proceeds are dedicated to home health and hospice services for patients who do not have resources to pay for care and bereavement services. Since the project began, more than $33,000 has been raised.
Ornaments cost $20 each and include a tag with the honored individual’s name proudly displayed. Ornaments measure 2.5- by 2.5-inches and come prewrapped in a silver organza bag.
Orders that must be shipped should be placed before Wednesday, Dec. 9, to ensure delivery before Christmas. A mailing charge of $2.50 will apply.
Ornaments can also be picked up after Dec. 9 at AHCH’s Lewiston office at 15 Strawberry Ave.
Order forms are available at all Mechanic Savings Bank locations, the AHCH Lewiston office, and the AHCH Hospice House on Stetson Road in Auburn.
They can also be purchased online at www.ahch.org.
