Ben Chin has set a new standard for a municipal local campaign in Maine. He has visited thousands of doors in Lewiston, listening to people. He thoroughly researches issues and puts forward realistic plans for the revitalization of this city.

He wants to unite people to use their abilities and expertise with a common purpose. Even hateful displays and accusations directed at him have not deterred him from being positive, generous and good-humored.

Chin began this mayoral campaign with little name recognition in Lewiston but a genuine respect throughout the state for getting things done. He has quickly earned that respect locally.

He has faced head-on the tough issues: residents forced to live in sub-standard housing with limited oversight from code enforcement; a fair minimum wage; energy policy; education; economic development; and recycling and solid waste, to name a few.

Ben Chin remains the right choice for mayor.
