1943 – 2015

LEWISTON — Paula C. Toth, 72, of Lewiston, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, Dec. 2, at Central Maine Medical Center.

She was born on April 20, 1943, in Ashtabula, Ohio. Paula married Albert Toth on Aug. 26, 1961, sharing 54 years of admirable love.

Paula spent her entire life devoted to her family. She was known for her kind heart and her amazing cooking ability. Hosting family parties was a true hobby of Paula’s. She was most happy when all of her family was gathered under the same roof with full stomachs.

Those who had the pleasure of meeting Paula were moved by her ability to bring people together to celebrate life each day and have such a positive outlook on life. Paula’s devotion to her grandchildren was a major part of her life, going out of her way each day to make an impact in their lives, teaching life lessons and giving them a solid foundation of what family means.

She is survived by Albert, her loving husband; her three children, Todd Toth, Randy Toth and Lori Hebert; her three sisters, Etta Teresk, Louise Teresk and Rita Wellmann; her 11 grandchildren; and certainly not least, her four great-grandchildren who meant the world to her.

She is predeceased by her parents, Louis and Carmel Kuhn.

Paula, we felt your love. Your strength is a quality we will all carry with us for eternity. We are thankful for the many memories which we will hold onto forever. We love you dearly.
