AUBURN — The Auburn Public Library will welcome back Sruli Dresdner, rabbi at Temple Shalom, and his wife, Lisa, for a Hanukkah Celebration Concert at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, in the Androscoggin Community Room at 49 Spring St.

The concert will note the start of Hanukkah with song and celebration. This is a family program suitable for all ages.

Dresdner and his wife are international Jewish performers and personalities and have been featured on PBS and National Public Radio. They have headlined at Jewish Festivals in Krakow, Poland, Jerusalem, Israel, Toronto, Canada, and Texas, United States.

Multi-instrumentalists and vocalists, they play the clarinet, violin, accordion, bass recorder, cello and drum, and perform and teach Klezmer and Hasidic music and dance all over the country.
