WINDHAM — Maine State Police say a 34-year-old woman was shot and killed by her husband inside her Windham home early Thursday morning.
Police say Alicia Gaston died of gunshot wound to the abdomen.
Police identified her husband, 33-year-old Noah Gaston, as the shooter.
Officials say their three young children were home at the time of the shooting.
The shooting was reported around 6:30 a.m. at the home on Brookhaven Drive, which is off of Route 302.
No charges have been filed and the investigation is ongoing.
