FARMINGTON — Police are seeking a local man involved in a fight at Jack’s Trading Post Tuesday night.
Police were called to the store on Route 4, also known as Fairbanks Road, at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday for two men were fighting in the parking lot, Police Department secretary Bonnie Pomeroy said. One of them left before police arrived. If they do not locate him Wednesday, a warrant for his arrest will be issued.
No serious injuries were reported by the other person involved, and he will not be charged, she said.
The fight appeared to stem from an incident at a local drinking establishment a couple weeks ago, Pomeroy said.
Farmington officer Derrick Doucette and Sgt. Michael Adcock responded. Doucette is handling the case, she said.
