1967 – 2016

LEWISTON — Thomas P. Conant, 48, of Lewiston, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Saturday, Jan. 23, at his home.

He was born in Beverly, Mass., on June 13, 1967, the son of the late Theresa and Carl “Ray” Conant. He lived in Beverly, Mass., until 2007 when he moved to Maine. He was employed by Panolam in Auburn. Tom was an avid dart player and sports fanatic. He had many friends and was known for his quick wit, vibrant personality and sense of humor.

Tom is survived by his partner of 13 years, Bonnie Waisanen of Lewiston; three children, his son, T.J. Conant; his daughter, Rebecca Jaynes and her husband, Zach; his daughter, Janelle Conant; and two grandchildren, Daniel and Peyton, all of Peabody, Mass.; his brother, Stephen and his wife, Debra, of Beverly, Mass.; his sister, Susan Conant Martins and her husband, John, of Lewiston; and several nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Raymond “Butch” Conant and John Conant.
