Tomi Chipman
POLAND — Doug and Elaine Chipman of Poland are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Tomi Marie Chipman, to Samuel Shaw Ricker, son of Harry and Nancy Ricker of Turner.
Miss Chipman is a 2014 graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in horticulture. She works at her family farm, Chipman Farm, as a manager during the growing season and works as a ski instructor during the winter.
Mr. Ricker is a 2015 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a degree in agricultural and recreation business administration. He works on his family’s farm, Ricker Hill Orchards and also as an alpine race coach for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail in the winter.
The wedding is planned for July 22, 2017, at the Vista of Maine in Greene.
