ANSWER: The Coats for Kids campaign, which is a partnership between several local organizations in Maine including the Salvation Army, WCSH 6/WLBZ 2, Hannaford, Shaw’s Pepsi, Maine Oil Dealers Association and Pratt Abbott, collects new coats during the month of December at all Hannaford and Shaw’s locations in the area. Unfortunately, they stop collecting coats on Dec. 31. The Salvation Army location at 67 Park Street will still accept your donation of new coats, however. Also, there are kids in Norway in need of warm winter gear, and you can make donations at the Guy E. Rowe Elementary School, the Norway town office or the Norway Police Department.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: I read the request for the soundtrack for the “Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant” and decided to do a bit of sleuthing. I found a link online to reelsoundtrack.wordpress.com that says there are only five songs and they are all available on that website. There is also a link to Amazon to purchase the MP3 Album (27 songs) for $9.49. Hope this helps. Mary-Jane Peaco, Durham.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: In response to the woman looking for a tomato bisque recipe, here is a great, simple recipe for tomato bisque. You can make any amount you wish. This is delicious.

Two parts of your favorite brand of pizza sauce

One part half and half

Combine and heat slowly on stovetop until hot, stirring constantly.

Sincerely — David, Poland.
