The middle and lower middle class (those making less than $50,000 per year) should not have to pay any federal income tax. Those people would have more money to spend and that spending would boost the economy big time.

The federal government is going the wrong way. The billionaires don’t pay their fair share. But top executives don’t go to jail for not paying income taxes, only the little guy who cannot pay his taxes goes to jail.

People’s wages have gone down a lot during the past seven years with President Obama in office.

Later this year, voters will elect a new president. I hope it’s not Hillary Clinton, who I feel doesn’t tell the truth. And, I also hope the socialist, Bernie Sanders, isn’t elected. If people think the economy is bad now, they had better hold onto their wallets if one of those two is elected president.

The majority of Americans doesn’t seem to care, but top government officials and the new president have a responsibility to help the middle and lower middle classes.
