NORWAY — The Norway Parks & Recreation Department will hold a public ice skate from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, at the Bruce Fox Ice Rink as part of the Great Maine Outdoor Weekend.
Ice skates will be available at no charge in the New Balance Warming Hut. There will be a bonfire and hot chocolate, coffee and popcorn will be provided.
Those attending are asked to bring a healthy snack to share for the potluck munchies table.
In addition to the skating rink, the recreation area on Cottage Street has open space where children can build snowmen, individuals can walk, snowshoe and cross country ski.
