LEWISTON —  City Council workshop and regular meeting in the City Council Chamber on the bottom floor of City Hall. The workshop begins at 6 p.m. and topics include an update on the Lewiston-Auburn Economic Growth Council, city ordinances regarding dogs, and a review of City Council priorities. The regular meeting begins at 7 p.m. and topics include the proposed five-year capital plan.
