RANGELEY — Maine State Police and other law enforcement dive teams will be conducting training exercises on Rangeley Lake for the next two weeks.
They were out on the lake Tuesday morning, Police Chief Russell French said.
They will be training about 300 feet offshore.
Four people died in December 2012 when their snowmobiles went into Rangeley Lake while they were riding on the ice.
