MONMOUTH — Mr. and Mrs. Dennis W. Skinner Jr. of Monmouth are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Sierra M. Skinner, to Joshua H. Daley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hart Daley of Dixfield.
Miss Skinner received a bachelor’s degree in social behavioral science from the University of Southern Maine. She is employed as an educational technician III at Geiger Elementary School in Lewiston.
Mr. Daley received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in criminal justice administration from Husson University. He is employed as a law enforcement officer for the Oxford County Sheriff’s Dept.
The wedding is planned for 4 p.m. on Oct. 8 at the 1888 Wedding Barn in Bethel.
