LISBON — William Allen Lowell III, 54, of Lisbon passed away on Thursday, March 31.
Bill was born on April 18, 1961, the oldest child of the late William and Evelyn Lowell.
He was employed by the Dingley Press in Lisbon as senior buyer for more than 30 years.
Bill was an avid New England sports fan and enjoyed being with family and friends.
Bill is survived by his brother, James Lowell and his wife, Patty Lowell; his aunt, Jeanne and Rudy Haffner of Simsbury, Conn., and their children. He is also survived by the Mersereau clan of Rumford.
