AUGUSTA — Maine-ly Harmony women’s a cappella chorus will present a “Hollywood Hit Parade” at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 30, at the Kennebec Community Church on St. Andrews Street.
The show will feature tunes from the heyday of musicals.
Also featured will be the Heart ‘n Soul quartet and the Route 17 Ramblers’ country guitarists/singers.
Tickets cost $10 for adults and are available at the door. Children 12 and younger are admitted free.
Maine-ly Harmony is a nonprofit organization comprised of woman of all ages who enjoy blending their voices in the a cappella style of singing. Director Kathy Greason is a music judge for the international organization Harmony Inc., of which Maine-ly Harmony is a chapter.
The 30-member chorus meets weekly on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. at the Togus VA hospital, Building 205.
