LEWISTON — The YWCA Central Maine is holding its fourth annual Great Falls Yoga Mala and Wellness Fair from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, May 15, at 130 East Ave.

There will be morning Yoga Mala and wellness activities including a presentation by hypnotherapist Amber Cox. Ben Grenier of Rainbow Bicycles and Laura Campbell, owner of Big Room Personal Training, will give one-hour bicycle tours of the Androscoggin Riverside Trail. There will be easy landscape painting by Nichole Boyea of Avant-Garde Maine.

Yoga classes include Ayurveda Yoga, Yoga Stretches for Men, Yoga Nidra, Color Me Yoga for Kids and more. Wellness classes include Homeopathy with Stephen Kottler, Qigong with Joe Harrigan, Ayurveda and Medicated Herbal Oils for Self-Care with Heidi Audet and Thai Yoga Bodywork Massage with Julie Gammon.

The event closes with a kirtan by Todd Glacy and friends.

Mala participation costs $50. Participants who raise $100 or more during the Mala will receive free admission to the classes and workshops. Full-day wellness passes may be purchased for $50, and individual classes begin at $17.50 per class. 

Refreshments will be available.

Classes are expected to fill up quickly and early registration is recommended.
