PERU — Funeral services for Ruth Eleanor Voter were held Tuesday, April 26, at 11 a.m., at the Peru Baptist Church with the Rev. Shepard Swain officiating.

Musical selections included a hymn medley of “How Great Thou Art,” “The Old Rugged Cross” and “Jesus Loves Me” which were sung by Kristy and Isaac White and Vicki Turgeon. “Sweet Hour of Prayer” and “What A Friend We Have in Jesus” were sung by Kevin and Bonnie White. “Song for Sienna” was played by Kevin White on the keyboard. “Boldly I Approach Your Throne” was sung by Kevin and Bonnie White and “I’ll Fly Away” was sung by the congregation and led by Kevin and Bonnie White. A poem was written and recited by her daughter, Rebecah White. A reception followed in the church basement.

Interment will be in the Farrington Morton Cemetery in Mexico.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
