RUMFORD — The Police Department responded to 93 calls for service in the past week, including:
* April 26, 4:13 p.m.: A male reported the theft of his temporary vehicle registration plate on Congress Street. Sgt. Tracey Higley is investigating.
* April 24, 10:13 p.m.: Joshua Blodgett, 25, of Rumford was arrested on River Street after turning himself in on an outstanding warrant for failure to pay restitution for a criminal mischief. Blodgett was unable to obtain $175 cash bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail in Paris.
