AUBURN —  A large tree limb fell at Lake and Shepley streets Monday, knocking out power to a section of the city.

Police reported the power outage knocked out Court and Center streets’ traffic lights. Auburn police reported traffic lights were back to normal operation about 2 p.m.

At one point, Central Maine Power reported that there were 1,900 customers in Auburn without power.
