1949 – 2016

FARMINGTON — Judith A. Walker, 67, formerly of Mexico, died Monday, May 30, at the Sandy River Center in Farmington.

Born in Rumford on Jan. 30, 1949, she was a daughter of Salvatore and Mary “Annie” (Martin) Papsadora. She was a graduate of Mexico High School with the Class of 1967. She worked as a waitress for many local restaurants.

Judy enjoyed playing bingo, fishing, spending time at the camp in Carthage and playing games with the grandchildren.

She was married in Worcester, Mass., on April 27, 1968, to Lee J. Walker Sr. who died Jan. 1, 2013.

Survivors include her two sons, Lee Walker and his wife, Laurel, of East Dixfield and Linwood Walker of Marlborough, Mass.; three brothers, Frank Papsadora and his companion, Dawn Simmons, of Largo, Fla., William Papsadora and his wife, Charlene, of Peru and Thomas Papsadora and his wife, Dottie, of Scarborough; a sister, Sandra Blanchette and her husband, Danny, of Lisbon Falls; nine grandchildren, Megan, Justin, Joshua, Zachary Smith, Ashley, Autumn, Elijah, Delaney and Maeve; and two great-granddaughters, Matayiah and Kinsley; brothers- and sisters–in-law, Bruce and Christina Walker of Lebanon, Reggie and Joyce Sweatt of West Paris, and Lea Walker of Mexico.

She was predeceased by her husband, Lee; a daughter, Lisa M. Walker; and two brothers, Timothy and Daniel Papsadora.
