LEWISTON — Jane Kuntz, certified family and consulting herbalist, will present the Healing Trees Herb Class from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, at The Ark & Olive Branch Cafe, 91 Lisbon St.

The course will teach the healing power of native trees such as white pine, slippery elm and elder. Participants will make a salve, foot powder, throat lozenges and a nourishing porridge. There will be samples, recipes and a Q&A. 

Cost of the workshop is $10. Reservations are required.
