Mystery Photo for June 26, 2016
Several dozen people called with their guesses that last week Mystery Photo was taken in their hometown, but only those from Farmington were correct. The winner, Pamela Poisson of Farmington, said that she has lived across from the Church Street Commons building for the past 63 years and walks out of her house and marvels at the reflection of the Franklin County Courthouse clock tower, reflected in the windows of what she remembers as the Knowlton & McLeary Company — a printing company. It now houses a day care and several other businesses. Poisson is the winner of a $20 gift card from Hannaford Supermarkets.
