STONEHAM — Timberstone Adventures, a family-run disc golf course in Stoneham, recently expanded its operation to include treehouse lodging.
Karen and Frank Ring worked with Zakk Maher from Community Concepts Finance Corp. to secure the funding needed to construct three treehouse cabins on their property that abuts the White Mountain National Forrest.
Located only 20 minutes north of downtown Norway, the accommodations sleep four people each. The Rings are booking reservations through the end of the summer. The largest treehouse, to be completed this August, sleeps eight and boasts a full kitchen, two full baths, two living rooms and a custom-built spiral staircase.
The first treehouse was featured in Bethel Living Magazine in 2015 and will be hosting Bill Green’s Maine later this summer.
