AUBURN — The Auburn Housing Authority holds a volunteer appreciation luncheon for residents who donate many hours of time to help their neighbors, beautify the grounds, help run tenant associations and classes, mentor community children, work in libraries and run food pantries throughout the year. These volunteers enhance the quality of life of those residing in AHA’s properties.
This year, the annual celebration was held at the Green Ladle at Lewiston High School. The guests were treated to a buffet lunch, presented gifts and attendees won various raffled gift cards to local businesses.
