LEWISTON — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce will hold another in its Human Resources Seminar Series: “Reducing Stress in the Workplace to Help with Productivity, Health and Retention.”
It’s set for noon to 2 p.m. Thursday, July 21, at the chamber conference room, 415 Lisbon St. Dr. Cory St. Denis, D.C., will be the presenter.
This high-energy workshop is designed to bust many myths about how to build and maintain focus, use momentum and brain science to stay on track, and the key secrets to fine-tuning a person’s focus. The techniques provided in this workshop can be applied to small businesses or large corporations.
HR Thursdays are a partnership of the LA Metro Chamber of Commerce, Central Maine Human Resource Association and the Lewiston CareerCenter.
Cost is $25 for members, $50 for nonmembers, and free for Central Maine Human Resource Association members.
