MEXICO — Children ages 3 to 12 can make a splash in Ocean Commotion, a Vacation Bible School hosted by Mexico First Baptist Church.

The program will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, July 18 to 22, at 20 Roxbury Road. Registration begins at 5 p.m. Monday, July 18.

WEST PARIS — West Paris Baptist Church will hold a Vacation Bible School from 9 a.m. to noon Monday to Friday, July 18 to 22, for children in kindergarten through grade six. 

The school will have Bible lessons, songs, crafts, games and snacks.

AUBURN — The Auburn United Methodist Church Vacation Bible School will take place from Monday to Friday, July 18 to 22, at 439 Park Ave.

During the school, children will tell stories, join the Service Squad, make music and take part in activities. Registration is free.

SUMNER — The Congregational Church of East Sumner will host Vacation Bible School for all children in kindergarten through grade six from 9 a.m. to noon Monday to Friday, July 25 to 29.

The program will be led by the high school youth group of Hope Presbyterian in Virginia, the Rev. Howard MacMullen and members of the Sumner church. The youth group will also be involved in community projects throughout Sumner, Hartford and Buckfield.

Each day will include Bible skits, lessons, crafts, recreation and snacks. There will be a community cookout, games and a movie at 4:30 p.m. Friday, July 27, in the church. The week will conclude at 6 p.m. with a spaghetti supper and a program and ice cream social at 7 p.m.
