ROCKLAND — The 23rd North Atlantic Blues Festival is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, July 16 and 17, at Rockland Public Landing.

The nationally acclaimed festival was winner of the 2002 Keeping the Blues Alive Award for promoters of the year. Last year, over 15,000 blues fans attended.

Show begins at 11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Mick Kolassa will play between acts.

Following Saturday’s show, ticket holders will be able to participate in the popular Club Crawl. State and regional blues acts will perform in 19 separate venues and on Main Street, all within walking distance of each other.

Tickets are $40 at the gate for either Saturday or Sunday. A weekend pass costs $75 at the gate. Tickets are available by calling 207-691-2248 or online at www.northatlanticbluesfestival.com.
